  1. Not charging my iphone5 at all!

    I live in Greece and yesterday I tried to charge my apple iphone5 with origami stroller.. unfortunately,I had a message on my shell phone's screen that "this accessory-charger is not supported with this shell phone"!what do I have to do?

    Hello Eleni,
    The charger should work for your iPhone5. If you purchased the stroller in Greece, you should be able to work with the supplier there to get another charging cord if that's the problem. Hope this helps!

    So sorry to hear this! If you are having an issue with your phone charger, please reach out to us at support@4moms.com so we can assist you.
    There are a lot of factors involved that could prevent your phone from charging. Please keep in mind that your cell phone is the last item that will charge. The stroller will also perform a maintenance charge on the phone, not completely restore battery life. If you are stopping frequently or not walking fast enough to generate power for the stroller's other systems, then the phone will not be receiving a charge or receiving just a minimal charge.

  3. Phone charger

    I love this stroller but my phone charger shows my phone is charging but it's really not. I end up having less battery when I unplug it after I'm done with the stroller. Has anyone had a similar problem?

    Hello Lisa, thank you for your question regarding the origami® stroller. The charger feature on the stroller is enough to perform a maintenance charge on the phone while you are using it.
